Our cancellation policy is a 50% charge if cancelled within 12 hrs and 100% charge for no shows.

Colour services must obtain a patch test at least 48 hours prior to the service.

Children under the age of 16 must have a caregiver present during massage and body treatments.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment based on our understanding of current health and safety protocols, contraindications, and abusive behaviour.

Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of sale and cannot be used for products and are non-refundable.

All beverages are 100% complimentary and are in no way associated with any service, package, or promotion.  Alcohol is limited to 1 unit per adult per day.

Members of staff may ask your verbal permission to take photos of you during your visit. These photos are the property of YDS and can and will be used for advertising, social media, and marketing purposes.  If you do not consent, or wish to have them removed, then you must submit your request in writing within 14 days of that photo’s publication.
