In April, 2018, owner Jacquelyn began braiding children's hair at local festivals. She quickly found herself traveling to birthday parties and hosting pop-up hairstyling classes for parents. After several successful months, she began moving into a few small rental rooms within The Regal, as to better cater to her clients. Jacquelyn very quickly realized that the community was keen to experience a new perspective in the hair and beauty sector. Her clients loved coming in with a friend for double pedicures and bringing their little ones for glittery birthday parties and mummy & me nails. Jacquelyn's expert knowledge and skill drew in her customers, but her friendly disposition and welcoming atmosphere brought them back time and time again.
February of 2020 brought with it the incredible opportunity of taking over the entire first floor of The Regal and having total control of the spa atmosphere and luxury experience. Around this time, Jacquelyn was joined by some fabulous new staff members and a few self employed stylists renting chairs and rooms to grow their own businesses. While doors were closed during the pandemic, Jacquelyn poured her energy into every paint swatch, chair, and towel colour to create the perfect setting with the utmost attention to detail. Her customers' safety and comfort have always been a top priority. She is so excited to welcome everyone back to the Lossiemouth salon and spa where they can relax and unwind with a loved one in peace and safety.
