Our in house cafe, Fountain Juice Bar, is closing its takeaway service from December 7th!
Spa guests will still enjoy their choice of fresh and healthy menu options during select packages or look forward to a new Snack Menu launching soon.

What do you offer for children?
We are happy to accommodate most ages and abilities. Children under 10 enjoy 50% off our nail services when booked with a paying adult. Spa treatments are suitable for ages 13+ with an accompanying adult. Our Jacuzzi Experience is available for ages 16+.
Do I need an allergy test?
All new clients must obtain a patch test for any tinting service at least 48 hours prior to their appointment. It is their responsibility to arrange this and service may be refused if a test hasn’t been performed.
What should I bring?
We provide robes, slippers, & towels for our larger spa packages. If using the Jacuzzis, we suggest suitable swimwear. If having a pedicure with standard polish, we strongly recommend bringing open toed shoes. Sometimes, a package may include complimentary Prosecco. You may also bring your own wine on request.
What meal options are there?
You may choose to add a meal to your package served in room. You can preorder lunch from Fountain Juice Bar when booking your treatments.
Children's parties have themed snacks included and are described in the booking link.
Will my guest and I be together?
If you’ve booked a Couple’s Package or treatment you will receive your services side-by-side in the same room. This also applies to nail services when booked together.
